DISTRICT HEATING SYSTEM
Ptolemais V is a new energy production facility developed by the Public Power Corporation (ΔΕΗ) in Ptolemaida, Greece.
Our office was assigned the architectural design for the construction of the district Heating System. The purpose of this infrastructure is to distribute the hot water produced during the energy generation process through an extensive pipe network to neighboring cities and villages. Through this circulation, free heating and warm water are provided to the local communities.
By implementing a district heating system, Ptolemais V offers a practical solution that benefits both the energy infrastructure and the surrounding communities.
